It seems like Kekoa went from drawing scribbles to pictures overnight. It has been so fun for me to see what he creates. He often makes me laugh and always makes me smile. Here are a few of my favorites so far that I want to remember.

above: this is one of my all-time favorite stories he told. The descriptions I wrote in are just as he phrased things. He's got quite the imagination. Love it.

above: I thought this was very cool looking artistically . . . but I am also his mother . . .

above: this picture is evidence that Kekoa loves me and is grateful for the things I do for him. It is a picture of me making oatmeal in the morning for him. Don't I look fabulous first thing in the morning?

above: this picture makes me laugh. Kekoa drew it for Kaika - his two favorite things, milk and his belly button.

above: just one for fun . . .

above: This story made me laugh so much. I can still hear Kekoa saying, "That's the clouds, that's the sky, that's the moon, that's the lightning, that's the fire, and that's Daddy running away." Smart Daddy.

above: one of my favorites. Kekoa is a sweetheart, for sure.

Wow, such great drawings for a 4 year old! He must be you and Kyle's son with his artistic abilities. Such a fun stage that he's at.
