This year we decided to do the big Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve. We had a delicious turkey dinner and afterward made cookies for Santa. We then read Luke 2 and a children's book called, "Who was Born on This Special Day?" It wasn't until after then that I finally pulled out the camera and took some pictures. It was cute to see the boys and Ka'imi in their new pj's. Here are my darlings : )
Then off to bed to wait for Santa : )

I love having our big Christmas meal on Christmas Eve, too. We combine it with all of our "spiritual" traditions and it makes for a sweet evening. It also takes the pressure off of trying to convince the kids about the true meaning of Christmas amid all the chaos of presents.

Too bad we missed out on having dinner with you all. I like the pics and that 'Imi girl is too precious and cute for words! I still can't get enough of her wearing those skinny jeans. :)
