(This post is for Jen - mainly because I think you'd be proud of me. )
Today my mom and I went through the rather fun process of grinding some wheat and making bread. I guess anything would be that much more fun with my mom there beside me (She turns any sewing project into a fun adventure : ) We even tried two different recipes to see which we liked better. So I am now the proud owner of a wheat grinder. It is fun. I really enjoy all the things that go along with being a homemaker. Yeah, sometimes I even enjoy doing the dishes.

We had a wheat grinder while I was at home--my mom used to do whole wheat pancakes, which were ALWAYS delicious and so filling. I'm jealous! But also happy for you. ;)
